The Site is operated by the Cosumnes Community Services District (“CORE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Who May Use This Site

This Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older, or by parents and guardians accessing the Site on behalf of minors for informational purposes. By using this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of CORE or any third party
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our written permission
  • Impersonate CORE, its staff, or any other person or entity

Membership Enrollment

Membership enrollment and account management are conducted through a third-party platform operated by ABC Fitness. Transactions, account creation, and payment processing on that platform are governed by ABC Fitness’s own terms of service and privacy policy. CORE is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and video — is owned by or licensed to CORE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

Facility Rental and Inquiries

Submission of a facility rental or contact form does not constitute a confirmed reservation or binding agreement. All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by CORE staff.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms and our membership enrollment portal. These links are provided for convenience only. CORE does not control those sites, does not endorse their content, and is not responsible for their practices or availability. You assume sole responsibility for any use of third-party sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CORE makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date.
